We are pleased to be able to offer care to all of our practice members at this time.
We are following our governing bodies advice, and taking our time to open gradually, as everyone’s comfort and safety is top priority. Currently the clinic will be open Wednesday afternoons from 1:30-5:30pm, and Saturdays’ from 9-1pm.
What does that mean for your appointment?
- Each person will be asked on every visit a series of COVID-19 screening questions; 2 hours before your appointment you will receive an email with a Covid-19 pre-screening questionnaire. Please fill it out prior to arriving for your appointment. If you answer yes to any of the questions or are unwell, we will reschedule your appointment, and direct you to the appropriate health care provider.
- If you have a mask available to you please wear it to your appointment. The clinic will not be providing masks to patients.
- Please arrive on time, and not early for your appointment to help with physical distancing within the clinic space. If you arrive late for your clinic time, your appointment will not be extended. Please be mindful of the time, and ask any questions you have during your visit. We appreciate your help in keeping us on schedule.
- We are limiting staff and practice members in the building, spacing out appointments (15 between each appointment) to avoid crossover of people in our clinic space and to allow for proper cleaning and lots of hand washing between visits.
