I'm Dr. Natalie Bernicky
I am a passion-driven, award-winning Chiropractor focusing on family care. I thrive on connecting with people to help them move better through the various seasons of life. Much of my practice is dedicated to pediatrics and supporting families as they navigate the parenthood chapter. My mission is to educate and empower individuals to transform their lives through individual, compassionate care.

We are glad we found Dr. Bernicky. She is very attentive to our needs, very knowledgable and takes the time to explain what shes doing. The best part for us is, that she specialized in children. As parents we want our children to grow “properly”, and we are 100% confident with Dr. Bernicky’s approach. My wife is in early stages of pregnancy and Dr. Bernicky changed and explained her approach to accommodate the changing body in pregnancy. We whole heartily recommend her practice.

Having not seen a Chiropractor in about 5 years, I was in serious need after wrenching my lower back. Ease Family chiropractic took me on and saw me very quickly. Natalie is kind, professional and oh so good !! It only took a couple of appointments before my acute pain was gone and with regular visits my body is responding very well and will soon be back to "normal". I also got my husband Bill to come to appointments again - after being even longer without Chiropractic adjustments, and he is responding even better to Natalie's adjustments. I sought Natalie's care when my baby was not head down at 38 weeks. After my first appointment, I felt the baby turn which was later confirmed by ultrasound. Natalie is professional, and intuitive. Her treatment approach is gentle and very effective. I have subsequently utilized her for acupuncture to further support my pregnancy. I largely credit my general physical comfort in the long 42 + weeks of my fourth pregnancy to her. I look forward to seeing her postpartum and beyond! Highly recommend!

Dr Natalie was one of the most essential care providers I had during my pregnancy, and still remains very important to the health of my family. I credit much of my short, intervention-free labour to her work in keeping my body in an optimal position for delivery. Dr Natalie also cared for me postpartum, and continues treating myself and my baby. Our area is very fortunate to have a provider so skilled at caring for pregnant and postpartum clients, I can't recommend her enough!
Dr. Natalie is professional, kind-hearted and most accommodating of your needs. I have been to her for Acupuncture to treat TMJ and the experience has been wonderful! She always checks to make sure you have had something to eat before beginning treatment and encourages drinking lots of water before and after visits. Following my initial acupuncture visit with Dr. Natalie my fiancee noticed I wasn't grinding my teeth as much. I am excited to continue this journey with Dr. Natalie. Thank you so much!
Highly recommend! Dr. Natalie has been treating my infant son (from 4 weeks old) for digestive/reflux issues and full body care to ensure proper development. She has been extremely accomodating in schedule and her knowledge and skill are exceptional. We'd seen another pediatric and adult chiropractor previously and are receiving much more intuitive care now. Her recommendations are educational and not pushy and she provides "homework" that enhances in office adjustments.If you're looking for pediatric chiropractic care, this is where you want to be!
